As a licensed therapist serving California via telehealth, I specialize in anxiety, relationships, and nutrition for mental health - an overall holistic therapy approach. Together, we will regulate and heal your nervous system with simple movement practices, rewire anxious thought patterns, and bring your mind AND body back into sync—so you can actually rest, feel present with your people, and reconnect with yourself.
