A SIMPLER way to rise.

Holistic therapy for stress & anxiety in California

What if Anxiety Doesn’t Have to Run your Life?

Self-care isn’t selfish. It’s REGULATION. And you deserve to rise.

If you mind feels loud, your body feels tense, and true rest feels out of rest, self -care can start to feel like a chore that you should be doing and you don’t need another added pressure. But self care is not about bubble baths or intense workouts. It is about learning how to regulate your nervous system, so that your thoughts can become quieter, your body can release, and you can feel more at peace in your daily life.

Many of the busy adults I work with struggle with anxiety, intrusive thoughts, overthinking, poor sleep, low energy, and the shame that comes with asking, “how come it feels like I am not doing enough?”

Nothing is wrong with you!!! Your system is overrun and it is asking for support! Working with me, we will learn to slow things down, listen to your body, and build simple, doable daily practices that help you feel more grounded, more clear, and more connected - from the inside out!

This is self care that actually works. This is Regulation. This is your time to Rise.

Feel familiar?

I don't have time to sit and breathe.

My worries feel like they are on a constant loop.

Taking care of myself feels selfish.

I feel ashamed of my thoughts. I wonder if anyone else has these types of thoughts?

I’m here for you.

You’re allowed to slow down and speak up for what you need.

If you’re used to managing constant worries, body tension, headaches, and the pressure of everyday life — all while juggling work, family, and a million other responsibilities — I see you. I’ve lived it too.

By the time your head hits the pillow, your body is exhausted — but your mind is wide awake, replaying the day. I get it. I’ve been there.

And here's what I know now: feeling better is absolutely attainable.

Here’s What We Will Do Together

Create your individualized Regulate & Rise Plan that helps you:

Recognize your thought patterns and habits, keeping you stuck in constant thought loops, leaving you exhausted

Assess your nervous system - what contributes to fight, flight, freeze states

Learn easy-to-implement tools that actually regulate your nervous system, giving you energy and relief

Strengthen relationship with self, increase deeper sleep, and build a sustainable, nourishing palate

Learn & practice compassionate self-talk (no more guilt trips for needing care!)

When all is said and done, here’s the thing:

You’ll be on a sustainable journey towards better mental and physical health.

What we’ll work on

Imagine a life where…

01 you feel energized throughout the day

Wake up without knots in your stomach or racing thoughts. Feel energy that lasts into your evening, feeling attuned to yourself, friends, work, partner, kid…and fall asleep peacefully.

02 you can feel confident in your decisions

Anxiety still shows up at times, because we are human - but it no longer controls your day or define how you see yourself and decisions. You know how to listen to your body, advocate for yourself, and respond with compassion, regulating in a way that works for you.

03 you have the space & time to rediscover yourself

Your thoughts are not running the show anymore; allowing time to rest and enjoy the little things that life brings. Mental noise is quieter, confidence is stronger, and your body feel regulated. You sleep more deeply, you eat with more consistency and mindfulness, and you feel present with your people. No more tension. No more reactions or shutting down. Your mind and body feel at home, once again.

Self-Care for Anxiety: A Simpler Way to RISE.

Change is possible. I’ll help you get there.

FAQs

  • In Our Work Together, You'll Experience:

    • Moving at your own pace

    • Using simple strategies to feel more energized and grounded

    • Building real self-love — not just "self-care checklists"

    • Sleeping more peacefully

    • Having time to reconnect with YOU — without guilt

  • I am certified in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), which is considered the gold-standard treatment for OCD. Many therapists are not specifically trained in ERP for OCD, which is a very intentional, specialized approach.

OCD is not just “overthinking.” It’s a cycle of intrusive thoughts and compulsive behaviors or mental rituals meant to reduce that anxiety, but instead increases anxiety.

In our work together, we gently and strategically interrupt that cycle. Through ERP, we help your brain learn that intrusive thoughts — even the loud, scary, or shame-inducing ones — are not dangerous and do not need to be neutralized. Over time, the thoughts lose intensity, and the urge to perform compulsions weakens.

This work is collaborative, and done at a pace that feels supportive. You are never forced or thrown into something you’re not ready for. We do hard things in these sessions, and we have fun too with laughter and compassion.

The goal isn’t to eliminate thoughts — it’s to change your relationship with them, so they no longer control your life.

  • That is completely okay — and more common than you think! Many clients who worry, feel they won’t “do therapy right.”

Anxiety can feel like a swirl of sensations, thoughts, and tension that’s hard to put into words.

Part of my role, is to help slow things down, so that you notice what is happening in your body. We get curious about your thoughts and start to gently unpack it together!

I provide a judgement free zone and remind you that therapy is not a test you have to pass! —just a willingness to show up and we will find the words together!
