In our marriage coaching sessions, we go beyond surface-level advice and get to the heart of what’s keeping you disconnected. We begin with a Personalized Self-Care & Mental Wellness Reset— so you can better understand how your nervous system works and when it feels most safe.
Then, we move into our Marriage Wellness Plan, a step-by-step approach to understanding what helps your relationship thrive, what pulls you into chaos, and how stress, anxiety, and life demands impact your connection.
You'll learn about your attachment and response styles and how they can shape reactions, communication, and conflict, all while guiding you with real-time tools for co-regulation, emotionally focused communication, (EFT) and repair.
We move at a steady pace, blending education, honest communication, and real life nervous system tools (you can use at home), so you can move out of survival mode and into connection.

My mission is to empower married couples to overcome emotional distance, miscommunication and feelings of being unappreciated, so they can start building a foundation of emotional intimacy, effective communication, and shared emotional safety.
As your coach, I bring both my professional expertise and personal experience to the table, offering a compassionate and practical approach tailored to your unique journey. I use my knowledge and skills from my Certification for EFT Emotionally Focused Therapist for Couples in my coaching sessions to support you in understanding the fear of feeling stuck, the frustration of not being heard, and the desire to grow together.

Connect directly with me during 60 min video sessions to assess current stressors, understand anxiety, practice the secret sauce to healthy communication, so that we can create a thriving marriage in emotional wellness & balance!
