I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who helps busy, overwhelmed adults feel more regulated, rested, and present—no matter how chaotic life gets.

A little about me:
I have been in this field since a young age. In the 6th grade, my mom took me to soup kitchens and senior homes to volunteer, and I found herself in awe of peoples' strength. From then on, I knew exactly what I wanted to do...continue to support individuals strength, continue to build them up!
I have been licensed since 2014 and have worked in various capacities, including group homes, outpatient as a child Therapist, dual diagnosis treatment centers, family's homes, transitional age youth programs, and currently, my private practice via telehealth.
I am Certified in Nutrition for Mental Health and love to support individuals in identifying what foods and supplements work for their bodies to balance moods, hormones, and energy levels.
I am also a Marriage Coach, providing 1:1 coaching, helping busy married couples reconnect emotionally (lessen anxiety) & reignite their marriage, so that they avoid separation or divorce. I am Certified in EFT for Couples (Emotionally Focused Therapy), working on effective communication, emotional connection, and emotional wellness.
